FAQ

All seating is general seating. No allocated seating is available. On the evening guests will be seated as they arrive by the ushers. No special seating or reserved seating is available. If you booked separately from your friends but you arrive together, you will be seated together.
No need to print your tickets. If you have your mobile on the night please be ready with the barcode visible for scanning. 🙂 If you don’t have a mobile, you are best to print your tickets out.
All donations go towards the actual costs of running the events and the tour. All of the organisers are volunteers, including Sister Shivani. Donations can be refunded if you change your mind. Simply send us an email with the payment details and we can refund the donation. The donations do not secure you any special seating or other privileges aside from the good feeling you get for being part of making such events possible.
If you didn't yet receive your tickets after booking, please double check you spam folder. If after checking your spam folder they are still missing please send an email to shivanitour@threeworlds.com.au and we can follow it up for you 🙂
